As you can probably tell I am getting very frustrated with the unstableness of the server currently. I'm still troubleshooting on my end and I am now looked at it being an issue with AVG. I have always used AVG until recently, but now I'm wondering if it is causing more problems than it is helping.
The reason I ask is, even when I used it as my client, the computer would lag for a few seconds and then run normally. It does this with other programs as well. I'm not sure if this is a windows issue or AVG or some other issue. I'm just a teacher and not a computer tech so I'm hoping someone knows something I don't.
Sorry for the continued unstable server,

And as soon as I post this I'm kicked out again. I don't believe it is my internet because I can log onto other servers for hours at a time without being kicked.

Yeah I don't have any experience with AVG but I certainly wouldn't count out antivirus issues. I mean the best thing to try to tell if that is the issue is to disable to the antivirus temporarily and see if that fixes the issue. That would be what I would try out, and I am trying to join the server now and I haven't gotten in.

Yeah, I'm not seeing anything with AVG that I think would cause issues. I'm thinking the lag issues were the wifi. Since putting it back on the ethernet I haven't crashed once.
